Best target is usually LED, as there is normally ~2-3 in the pile. Long-story short, always surgical after I have resolved Doomsday. I've discovered that a well-timed Surgical versus me will cause me to lose almost every single possible game if not pre-emptively dealt with. However, I do see it SB'd against me (obviously). I play Doomsday Fetchland Tendrils, so I don't SB Surgical Extraction.
